Appian Managed Services
Ongoing support, maintenance and enhancement for Appian applications in production — so they stay stable and keep improving without a permanent in-house team.
What are Appian managed services?
Appian managed services are an ongoing arrangement in which a specialist team takes responsibility for supporting and improving your Appian applications under an agreed scope. Instead of assembling people for each issue or change, you work with a team that already knows your applications.
A typical scope combines Appian support (investigating and resolving incidents), maintenance (keeping applications healthy as data, users and the platform evolve) and planned capacity for enhancements. The balance between them is agreed with you and reviewed as needs change.
Managed services often follow an Appian implementation delivered by SOS, but we also take over applications built by internal teams or other providers, starting with a structured handover.
